Amazing antique German music box \"Symphonion\" with 13 metal discs.With instruction card in english, french and german. Approximately from the 1890\'s.
Box has a lever action wind and does work.2 teeth are missing from the musical movement unfortunately, which makes the sound incomplete.This part in the movement could probably be replaced.
It is cased in a wooden box that measures approximately 19x17x12 cm (7.5\"x6.7\"x4.7\")Box is worn and wood around the hinges has come off. However the box is still fully closing.
Metal Discs measures 14,5 cm in diameter (5.7\")Discs are in varied condition. Many of them have rust and are bended.
This is an really amazing antique object, great collectible!
