Small antique daguerreotype or ambrotype early plastic union case made by Holmes, Booth & Haydens\'. Ornate decoration on outside, felt cushion en verso of front cover and advertising mark intact. Significant chip on lower side of front plate just below clasp. Clasp is not secure. Hinge on top of front side is a bit loose.
Measures approximately 3\" x 2.5\".
