Antique Victorian German Diorama Wax Angel of Springtime Figurine in Glass Dome:

Offering for your consideration a most unusual German Wax diorama of the Angel of Springtime encased beneath a blown glass dome.
This dome measures 8 1/2\" tall by 3 1/2\" wide including the wooden base.
The wax figure is posed on a wooden pedestal. The angel wears a miniature crown of flowers in her hair and is standing on a wax grass base with tiny blooming flowers. She holds a nest with baby birds in one hand and a blue flower sprig in the other. Her form is draped with a very fine, diaphanous white material. Her wings are made of gold metal. She has a very sweet face.
I have never seen one like this before. It is most unusual andis in excellent condition. Please see all photos which are a part of the description.
