Victorian era Figural gilded brass novelty sewing tool measuring tape in the form of an elaborate horse carriage decorated with Triton and Mermen or Mermaids - the tape is original and is wound with the wheel on top of the carriage - this has three spokes - may have had four, but does not appear to have any damage - Carriage retains original amber colored celluloid windows and measures 3 x 1 1/2 x 1 1/8 inches and weighs 36.4 grams.
