Antique Victorian Meerschaum Pipe-Man on Bicycle/Unicycle -Damage:

This was once a magnificent pipe and was probably a prized possestion. Someone cared enough to repair between 8-9 areas. He is missing one arm as pictured, yet with all its damage, it still will display well and has beautiful coloration. I am not sure he is riding a unicyle or if the other half of a bicycle is missing. I\'m not sure where a bicycle would have been placed since the base of the pipe remains untouched. Spectacular and detailed carving, very beautiful throughout. 80mm long x 80mm tall.

The repaired areas of this pipe were glued back together,bad long time ago. Some areas are still missing such as an arm and the front part of what he is riding. The glue has darkened and if you enlarge the photos, you can see much of it, but some glued areas were done better than others.
