This large tankard oozes history, it is 6.5\"/16.5cm tall x 4.5\"/11.5cm diameter at the rim, it is in good condition for its age, has a number of bumps & dinks, patina left as is, stamped \"quart\" one side and has a \"crown\" with what looks \"vr\"\" with \"745\" under the other side, it also has a very stylised monogram to the body and sentence to the base neither of which i can make out clearly, davis stamp to the inner base, research suggests as listing, see detail in photo\'s.
