Antique Victorian Silver Purse Type Aide Memoire Card Case, Chester, Circa 1898 ITEM 50 CONDITIONItem is in excellent condition with no visible damage. Fitted black leather case with a gilt border is in good condition although has visible wear due to age, handling and usage.
ITEM 50 DESCRIPTIONAntique Victorian silver purse type aide memoire card case.
The front side engraved with leafy scrolls, butterflies and a central monogram with initials.
The reverse side engraved with leafy scrolls, butterflies and an empty central monogram.
The interior is lined with tan leather pockets for visiting cards, with an aide memoire for notes taking and comes with a silver propelling pencil.
Comes with a fitted black leather case with a gilt border.
