Beautiful antique sterling silver, fancy link, book chain for a locket. One of the spring rings is missing it\'s catch, the other in good working order. A couple of the links are a little bent, the one between the two spring rings is quite flattened. Pretty, simple cut out design on each link. No hallmarks, but has been tested as sterling. Has a wearable length of 17\" long, the width of each panel is 1/2\" wide and has a weight of 28.3 grams. Has some wear to show for it\'s age; the squished links and broken spring ring, but overall in decent antique condition. Lots of patina. I just noticed that one of the links is joined differently than the others. Please see last photos. This is not damage, was done at time it was made.
