Antique Vintage Blue W. Moorcroft England Art Pottery 3.5” Flower Vase As Is:

This petite Moorcroft vase measures just over 3 1/2” tall and approximately 2 1/2” in diameter at its widest point. There is a chip on both the interior and exterior of the top and a crack running down the stem of the vase from those chips. There are also what looks to be some hard water stains on one side.
