Please contact me prior to purchase if you are interested in shipping or delivery.Here is a door that came out of a house that was built in the 1920\'s, it was an interior door that led to a covered exterior entryway. There are a few coats of paint on the door, as well as some dings/nicks/dents here and there (see pics) and a split panel. There are holes from a rim latch and deadbolt, and it appears that the original lockset holes were filled for relocation to the other side of the door (see final photo). A foam weatherstrip is still glued to the door along the edge (see pics). All issues are repairable, especially if the door will be painted. There are 2 mortises for 3 1/2\" hinges (not included). There is no hardware included with the door. Not sure of the wood species but it is a soft wood, most likely pine. It is currently set up as a right-hand swing. The door dimensions are 30-1/8\" X 76-7/8\" X 1 3/8\"
