Old Hand Made Fireplace Log Holder, With Embossed Brass Russian Double Headed Imperial Eagles. Brass is nailed to a thick solid wood frame. Measuring 20\" long, 15 1/4\" wide, 13 5/8\" to top of side, 15 5/8\" to handles, and weights 23 lbs. Inner area has tin sheet metal over wood & 2 iron U-brackets at ends for support. Overall in very good condition, with wear from use and age. Brass covering is dented & warn, and bottom board has crack down middle. If log holder is going to be for use, buyer should add steel strap brackets on bottom for support. If using for decorative purposes, itshould begood as itis, but buyer should still consider adding strap brackets anyhow (Strap brackets can be installed by the seller for addition fee, please contact for details).
