   This is an unusual Christmas candy container made in the 1930\'s. It stands about 8\" tall and is made of cardboard, cloth and composition. His beard is a cotton looking material while his sleeves are sewn together. I don\'t believe this style had hands and was made this way to save money. He has a small paper Christmas tree tucked away between his body and arm. His cloths are cloth and the interior is a cardboard tube. The boots are the typical plaster and he stands on a cardboard disk that has a faint \"Germany\" stamped on it. The over all condition is good however there is a bit of looseness under his coat between his composition head and the top of his tube body. It is not going to fall apart but does feel a bit loose. All together very displayable and a classic look that is timeless. Out of my collection and priced to sell so hurry.
