You are viewinga vintage/antique KohlerBunny Rabbit Windup Toy made in WesternGermany. The keyIS included (forgot to put in photos) andit has been tested and is in good working condition.The original ears are in excellentcondition. This has been in my non-smoking family ever since it was purchased new. Original box is included, but box is in poor condition. This toy is extremely scarce and only shows up a few times per year so don\'t miss out. This toy is very hard to find and would make a great Easter presentfor the vintage toy collector. Please view all photos as they are intended to be part of the description. The item shown in the photos is the exact item you are purchasing. Payment is due within 5 days of the ending of the listing. If payment isn\'t received within that time period a non paying buyer dispute will be opened with to recoup any fees paid on the item.
Per \'s recommendation we have to state this in our listings: by purchasing any of our items all buyers are agreeing to these terms and conditions listed as follows. As a seller, insurance is included on any USPS priority mail shipping on all of our items listed. If an item arrives damaged or broken the following MUST be done. The buyer/recipient is to send pictures of the broken/damage item as well as the condition of the box it was shipped in immediately to the seller. It is then the buyers responsibility to take the item to their local post office and file a claim with the postal service to be reimbursed for the cost of the item. We as the seller cannot file the claim nor do we receive a refund from the postal service if an item arrives damaged to our buyer. We will do everything within our power to provide any and all necessary information to the postal service and assist you in filing a claim. The buyer is NOT allowed to return broken or damaged items directly to the seller for a refund and as per the USPS policy the buyer/recipient of the item must directly take the item to the post office to file the claim. If you choose to open a dispute through or PayPal then getting your refund for the damaged item will take longer because /PayPal does a separate investigation. When the investigation concludes and it is decided that USPS is at fault for the item arriving damaged here is what will happen. If the buyer does not agree to file an insurance claim for a damaged item, both and PayPal have stated they will not release funds back to the buyer. We have contacted both customer support and the USPS customer support and this is the recommendation given by both parties and we will strictly adhere to the policy listed above.
