This exquisitely hand painted and hand chased, gilded Icon that depicts St. Nicholas the Wonder worker, the patron Saint of Russia and the Bishop of Myra in Lycea who lived in the 4th century A.D. In Asia Minor. St. Nicholas is also the patron Saint of children. The condition is very nice, no major issues that we can see, piece has been stored in a box for many years.
