Nice pair of pale blue enamel and gilt or lacquered brass opera glasses.Certainly European, and probably German.Only marking is 63 - 41442 and VAGIt is possible that they are by Voigtländer(Voigtländer Aktien Gesellschaft)The subtle pale blue color is a nice change from the usual colors you see on opera glasses.
