Good overall condition, the item is stamped EPNS England, however it looks to have been painted silver by the previous owner, I have a brass one listed which they had also painted silver. The paint could be removed and polished by the new owner or left as is. I assume there would have been a star of David on top, but this looks to messing. Couple of bumps here and there, dates 1920s -1950s (painted silver much later)
