This is a mysterious item to me. I have been told that it could be Turkish prisoner of war beadwork but this is outside my area of expertise. Please have a good look at the photosIt is a wonderfully made beadwork whip. It appears that all the glass beads are intact21.5\" long 550 cm excluding the strap.Strap 12 \" long
