Real nice well done watercolor painting signed F. Martin.Original backing, gold frame and matte. The matte has some shadowing I suppose from age but does not at all interfere with painting and looks natural. I googled this artist and found quite a few sites regarding his paintings but could not find his bio. Give it a try yourself. No spots or other problems.
