Here is a beautiful antique 1910s runner, dresser scarf, piano scarf, mantle runner(lots of uses)
I believe it is made of natural unbleached (?flax) linen fabric
So expertly done the back is almost as nice as the front embroidery (see picture)

Impeccablehand embroidery with shiny silk thread

Autumn colors of yellow and gold on fairly heavymaterial

Color is a beige/tan/gray

I don\'t recognize the flowers but they are dainty and pretty (Lady\'s Slipper?)

It has 3.5\" hand crochetededging along three sides- Just beautiful work

There is no crocheted edging along the backside

Makes a beautiful display with thecorners that drape down to show off the crocheting

This runner isa nice size - it measures19.75\" wide x almost 67\" in length

Without the fringe it is approximately 60\" long

It\'s in very nice condition; no holesand no age smells

It does have some slight discoloration due to aging - I tried to show it in the pictures

(one dark 1/2\" spotappears to be a \"defect\" in the material)

This lovely table runner shows meticulous work
