Vintage tin Halloween ratchet noisemaker, made by the Bugle Toy Co. of Providence, Rhode Island.

The quirky graphics feature a sexy woman in a bikini top petting a black catand a witch like creature pointing to the wood handle.

It\'s in good condition - the ratchet works, but the tin has some scratches (most are small, but there is a 1.5\" long scratch on the back); there are some small dings on the black bands around the top & bottom edges.

The tin piece measures 2\" x 3 3/4\" x 1\". The handle is 1 3/4\" long.
