Item: Vintage Italian 800 Silver Enamel Compact with an 18th Century French style painting of Lovers.

Size: 1 1/2\" x 3/8\"

The exterior is extensively engraved on all sides and the front is set with enamel to represent turquoise.

Markings: The interior is marked \"800\" and \"Made in Italy\". There is also another little mark that I am unable to read. The number \"11\" is on the inside of the lid and the bottom.

Condition: The compact closes tightly. There are no scratches to the painting on the front. The inside is plain.
