Selling this Vintage Western Electric Company, Antique, Brass. Steel, & Bakelite, 40 AL Candlestick Telephone \"As-Is\" from the pictures provided, and brief description. The phones mouthpiece has a \"star\" emblem molded at its center. The back of the brass transmitter housing has the following etching: \" PROPERTY OF THE AMERICAN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY. The cardholder has the following etching: \"WESTERN ELECTRIC, MADE IN USA 128-B\". The transmitter face plate has the following etiching: \" PROPERTY OF, AMERICAN TEL. &TEL. CO., 323 PAT USA JAN 14 1913\". The base and stem of the phone is made of steel (metallic) and the following etching is around the stem shaft on the base: \"PAT IN USA JAN 26 15, WESTERN ELECTRIC, MADE IN USA\". Selling the phone as non-functional, but it appears to have original parts, with some missing. There are some minor dings, scratches, and tarnish(brass),but the candlestick phone appears to be in good condition overall.
