Beautiful old pinny- would have been pinned or tied with ribbons to wear over your dress,for special occasions- ( unexpected visitors,for tea..) Creamy ivory colored tissue silk- wide lace trimm all around-and glorious Arts and Crafts Era vibrant,silk embroidery of pansies- bright yellow,royal purple,gold,ans a pale icy blue. In excellent condition- I find one small discolored spot near the bottom hem-faint. ( last picture) Completely Intact,no loose threads holes ,-fabric and lace are stable. The 2 little silk ribbons at the top neckline-are shot ( ez to remove/replace if you\'re of a mind) Measures shoulder to hem 41 1/2\" all the lace trim is 2 1/4\" wide. 23 1/2\" widest at the bottom hem.bottom band embroidered element is 4 1/4\" .
