This is a nice antique Whiting Mfg Co. sterling silver card case with a woven design as well as I believe what is supposed to be a letter on the front that is engraved M.E. Preston. It has an older possibly original box. Someone has added a chain and made it into a purse. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with some minor scratches / wear and it comes exactly as shown.
