Antique, wood, hand crank coffee grinder. There is a small metal plaque fixed on the front that reads \"PEUGEOT FRERES, ROGELE DEPOSE, VALENTIGNEY (DOUBS)\". The top has a green metal dome, a portion of which swings open to put the coffee beans inside. Has a round wooden knob on the end of the curved turning handle. The drawer has metal slats that keep it tight to the box and a wooden handle. The box measures 5\" tall but it\'s 8 1/2\" tall to the top of the handle on the crank. Approximately 5 3/4\" wide and 6\" deep because of the handle on the drawer. Weighs 2 1/2 pounds. We found it at an estate sale in San Diego, California. A recent sale on dated this model to circa 1910.Condition: The metal name plate has a chip. Has a few little white paint splatters on the top and a spot of white paint on one side. Grinder appears to be working perfectly, I didn\'t test it with coffee beans. Good working and cosmetic condition.All questions are welcomed. Thank you for looking.
