Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare AntiqueWorking 19th Century Victorian Cast Iron Footed Mantel Clock, made by the Ansonia Clock Co. USA. It has a Heavy Cast Iron Enameled Case with Faux Wood Grain Enamel Finish, and Bronze Plated Ornate Victorian Feet, Finial Topper and Trim. The Dial is Paper Over Tin, and Signed \"Trademark A Manufactured by the Ansonia Clock Company New York United States Of America\". This is the Original Dial. It is Readable with a Nice Aged Patina, and some Wear from Age, as pictured! It has a Signed Ansonia Brass Mechanical 8 Day \"Time & Strike\" Key Wound Movement with Cathedral Coil Spring Gong Chime which Strikes Once on the Half Hour and the Correct Amount Of Times On The Hour. The Movement is Very Clean and is signed \"Patented June 18, 1882 Ansonia Clock Co. USA New York\". It includesa Winding Key and Original Adjustable Pendulum.
