Up for grabs is vintage Wyandotte Carnival mechanical tin toy. This is in great condition and it works, we have a video on Youtube showing it in action (this link, http://youtu.be/j99t5jybXIE, directs you there). The green base looks great with no noticeable dents or dings and very minor wear (we did see one small 1/4 inch scratch near the right cutout holder). The Carousel (Merry-Go-Round), Ferris Wheel and Airplane ride are in great condition with minor play wear. The cardboardcutouts (depicting the animal rides) for the Carousel do have to spots were they separated from the tabs, but the cardboard still stays in place. The gears turn smoothly and freely, the plunger works well, no catching was ever observed. The original belt, for the Ferris Wheel, has long since been removed or deteriorated and replaced with a rubber band (works extremely well). The Airplane ride has all three detachable airplanes, all in great condition. The entrance cutouts, whichlook to be reproductions,look great with no noticeable tears. The background litho looks great withexcellent color and has minor warping in spots (from the mounting tabs). This toy measures approximately 16 inches long, 12 inches wide, and has a height of 7 inches. Overall, this is a fantastic piece and great addition to your collection.
