Antique c.1900 Chinese Hallmarked Silver Punishment Group on Hardwood Stand:

Depicting scenes of punishment carried out before a seated judge.

Completely made from silver, hall marked to base.

On hardwood, probably Rosewood, stand.

There is a small loss to the carving on one side of the stand.

The silver is very dirty and needs cleaning.

On the underneath there is one hole with a screw missing, on top of that hole is the small silver ball that has been glued to the wood.

Otherwise in good antique condition.
