The top is a beautiful cobalt blue enamel guilloche and a floral repousee design , This 84 Russian silver patch box has pink roses with sage green leaves, light blue small flowers on a creamy white background fabric tapestry under an oval cut piece of glass on the inside top. This box is exquisite and well made. A nice design around the side of box. It is signed and hallmarked on bottom. Condition is very good. No chips, cracks, dings or repairs.
