excellently conditionVintage c.1900\'s black genuine Colobus monkey fur hand warmer / muff. Black long Colobus monkey fur exterior. Fully lined in black silk. Single interior twisted silk cord wrist strap. Ruffled detail along each side which can be pulled out or hidden at interior. Please note that this vintage fur is from the Colobus guereza monkey, which is not endangered and is listed on the IUCN as a species of \"Least Concern\". Similar muff in the Metropolitan Museum of Art permanent collection (1986.127.8). Unmarked Fabric Content: Genuine monkey fur; Lining: Silk. Measurements: One size fits most.
