Good early hand woven Splint Basket. Unusual wraps at the Handles as shown in my close-up photos. Many times the Wraps at the Handles can identify the Maker. I found this wonderful Basket in Virginia and believe it to be late 19th Century. Very good condition with a couple breaks on the top rim as shown. Nice tight weave and measures 9 1/2\" X 9\" and 7 1/2\" tall including it\'s Oak Handle. Good Luck, !!
