You are offerding on an antique afghan axe. It is a beautiful example with a nice tapered well made head with pierced and inlay decoration. The axe is 26-1/2 inches lon and the head is 5-3/4 inches long while the blade is 4 inches wide. The shaft shows a lot of usage and patina. The head is sturdy while not being very heavy a good balanced weapon, feels a bit like a larger tomahawk. Very nice piece likely early 20th century. and have fun... and offer high:-)
