I am not an expert in egyptian antiques, but this piece looks old and it does not look like the normal replics.Maybe it is made directly 1912 in Kairo, when Ludwig Borchardt found the Nefertiti or it is older.It shows Nefertiti or the young Akhenaten.
Definitley this bust is a museums piece, either it was made 1912 to replace an original or because it is antique.
Extrem rare, that is for sure, even if it is a high quality replic for a museum made arround 1910, it is like the 500.000,00 US$ value Nofertiti bustin the museum Berlin was made as replic in 1910 for the musum in Cairo. The value is extrem high.If it is an original made in the studio of Tutmosis 1360 BC, than the new owner found a giant gold nugget.
There is only the possibility with technical analyses to find the truth about this bust, as Tuzmosis produced also copies.Approx 9 inches or ca 23 cm masters to private collections
