This is a lovely collectors piece. It has a solid silver middle with full hallmarks for Birmingham 1907 and makers mark A & LL on one side and the lion passant and date mark (h) on the other. One side has minimal wearing with there being a hole where the top petal of the flower should be (third picture). This is approx 1mm x 2mm and I am not entirely convinced that it is not there on purpose. The pattern is of a bird in foilage. The original bells are both still attached. The handle is mother of pearl and the teething ring is ox bone. It measures approx 13cm long.
