This is a great rare vintage fine, this is an original and a great collector piece. I did wind it up and he did rock back and forth, the toy is missing the hat which unfortunately is common. The toy on its feet does show rust and there is paint chips and discoloration on the lower part of him, still a great piece. Sold as is. I will package very securely.
