This is a lovely Art Deco Half Doll Related Bathing Beauty Flapper Lady Figurine Hat Pin Holder or Flower Frog.She is wearingblue bathing suit and sitting on a tree stump.Approximately5 3/4inches tall and1 3/4inches wide at the base. The wordForeign is stamped in red on the bottom of the base and there are somenumbersthat I can\'t make out impressed into porcelain on the back of figurine.
