Most Noble Alpine Ibex, is 8 inches tall.
Tettau Bavaria is renowned for it’s famous porcelain companies. The figure is from the early Art Deco period and marked Neutettau or New Tettau. Hand painted by German artisans with attention to detail and extraordinary care.
Near perfect with the exception of what looks like a manufacturing flaw - on the rim of the base there appears to be a crack. It’s odd - it’s not a crack you would typically see from damage it looks more like it came from the manufacturing process. It is unnoticeable unless you’re looking for it. Otherwise in perfect condition.
