The piece was made by Halgaa luxury retailer in Paris, Francethat sold decorative items that they subcontracted to be made mostly from local Limoges factories. They werein business form 1912 to 1986. This one dates to the 1930\'s and her hair style reflects the era as well.The arm has been repaired and there is no lampleft, but this is still a beautifully painted piece.
