Booklet was created and produced by Higgins-McArthur Company Printers and Typographers in Atlanta.

The booklet seems to be from the 1940s based on some images and text. One page says in 1947 the American Association of Nurserymen named this plant as one of the eighteen best landscaped in the nation. Another page says \"For over fifty years . . . \" Coca-Cola would be fifty years old in 1936. The trucks in two of the pictures look like 1940s vehicles.
