Description:

Up for your considerationand offerding pleasure is this wonderful double-signed “JORDAN” North American Indian sculpture ofa mother and child by renowned AUSTIN SCULPTURES. Stamped at bottom rear, “AUSTINSCULPTURES” and also“JORDAN” which we believe is the artisan. Production year is also stamped but is difficult to make out, appears to be \"1998\". There are also two curious circular incised stamps -one with a triangle in it -both of which are located on the woman\'s right shoulder as pictured (possibly the artists sculptor\'s mark?).

Could be a rare Austinform. After a concentrated internet search we were unable to locate another example.

This is a substantial and heavy sculpture weighing over 11lb.

Excellent condition. A solid sculpture with no cracks, chips, or repairs. Upon close inspection there appears to be a few small and very minorsurface scuffs that may be touched up. A very attractive American West/Native Indian sculpture all-around. See photos.
