For your consideration is a spectacular SterlingSilver Overlaid Austrian - Czechoslovakian - Bohemian Art Glass Vase.

This isreally a beautiful and well-made piece of glass and though we were unable to decisivelyattribute it to a certain maker, it does have similar characteristics of Loetzand some of the other top glass makers.

It has a gorgeous pulled feather décor withbeautiful hues of iridescent colors all on an opalescentvaseline glass. This is a large and heavy piece measuring approx. 11.5” tall by5” at widest and weighing towards 4 lbs. It is signed on the bottom side ‘37907Czechoslovakia’and has a nicely polished pontil.

The heavily done sterling overlay is nicely detailed with a lovely floral and scroll decoration. The sterling is hallmarked‘A 999/1000’.

The vase is in Excellent condition, free of any chips,cracks or repairs with little wear. The sterling is also in great conditionwith no breaks or repairs. There are a couple areas where there is a paper thingap between the sterling and glass along with some light age related wear andpatina.
