This listing is for an original land grant dated January 10th, 1885 that was issued to C. L. Ortman for eighty acres in Minnesota by the U.S. Central Land Office. It is signed \"Chester A. Arthur\" in the two locations provided for Presidential signatures near the bottom, however they could be secretarial signatures.The document measures 16\" across by 10\" tall, and bears the official seal of the U.S. Central Land Office. Though there is some light wear, it is in excellent condition for its age.Please see our detailed photos for best assessment, and feel free to ask any questions you may have before making your purchase.

Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery in the same condition as sent. Other non-defective returns must be received within 30 days in the same condition as sent. New, factory sealed items must be returned in the same condition it was sent; unopened and never used. Return shipping is buyer\'s responsibility. We subtract our packaging and shipping cost as well as a restocking fee of 15%. All new electronics warranty issues must be directed to the manufacturer. Return authorization required prior to shipping any item back to us. We reserve the right to refuse any video game, DVD, music CD\'s, video game system, or any other product we sell that was not returned in 30 days from date of purchase.

For a warranty return, the product must be defective or damaged during shipping. Any brand new items must have the original box and packaging. Factory sealed collectible items (out of print, no longer made) must remain factory sealed to qualify for a return.

If the item is defective or damaged, send it back! We\'ll test it out and once we confirm the defect, we\'ll refund both your shipping and total purchase cost! Or, if we have the stock, we\'ll replace your product (if you prefer). If it turns out that it isn\'t defective, you\'ll have to cover the return shipping.
