Letterhead is the United States Senate Washington, D.C.

JOHN F. KENNEDY

MASSACHUSETTS in the upper left corner and on the right it should his committees as Foreign Relations and Labor and Public Works.

It is signed by John F. Kennedy and does not appear to be a stamped signature...I cannot find one like it anywhere. JFK sends his heartiest congratulations on his election to the House of Representatives.

Letter is 9 1.2\" X 6 1/4\"
