Bag has been sent to Hermes Singapore spa for change of clasp as it was loose. Able to provide the spareceipt and Bababebi cert.
Also realise that the bag has been dyed by a 3rd party hence Hermes spa is unable to polish the bag. No worries as bag is still in good condition with minor scratches.
The leather on handle is slightly crack due to age. This can be covered with atwilly.
Bag comes with keys, lock, clochette, raincoat, strap and dust bag. Almost a full package without the box only.
