We purchase these pre-owned brand-name items that are still in good conditions from individuals as well as secondary market providers as bulk, which makes it possible for us to offer reasonable pricing.

Severe weather and delay during customs clearance may affect delivery date at times.

If your package is returned to us as a result of an insufficient/unknown address, undeliverable, refused or not called for, we will not be able to re-ship it but your order will be cancelled.
