Same As New Condition--This was purchased brand new just to have autographed, and then put away. I have both of Ed Koch\'s books signed and listed as one went to my mom and the other my dad. I watched them get signed and besides, not only is this listed at under $11 making a fake a pretty dumb idea, but only a fool would fake an autograph and then personalize it to someone. In any case, it is the real deal, 100% and though he is no Tom Cruise or ex-President....still a great book and a great guy who had an incredible effect on NY. I looked up as many as I could find and tried to price it at or below the others. Shipping is a low $2 to the USA
