One new complete set of Avalon Hill’s The Guns of Augustnaval variant counters. The counters have been redone in military uniformcolours with larger graphics. National Flags have been added to the counters toaid in identification.

Being a naval buff I have actually designed the countercameos to resemble the specific ships of the different nations. For example theBritish have two different designs of BCs represented; the French and Italianshave their distinctive split-funnels and the Russians have their tall multiplefunnels; while the US BBs have their trade-mark bird-cage masts.

These are more than just the standard variant counters,however. Extras have been added in case you want to use them for variation.There are extra British old Bs with lower values as some of the ones they kepton hand were useless. There are also a replacement German BB and BC with highervalues to reflect the better ships they had.

These are new style counters, printed and mounted on heavycardboard and hand cut. They are the same thickness as the original counters.
