This is an Absolutely Adorable and Unique Santas on The Way Hanging Fiber Optic Teddy Bear Hot Air Balloon Decoration by Avon Canada. It is in very good condition with no rips or tears. The fiber optics are in proper working order. A couple of the fiber optics on the basket are pushed back in the banner section or possibly missing. I have included an up close photo of this for your visual inspection. It does not affect the overall quality or integrity of the item and the other lights are in working order. The fiber optics can be lit with an on/off switch under the basket using 3 AAA batteries or with a corded 3volt adapter (no cord is included) This is beautifully crafted of a soft fabric material for the balloon with a filler in bright primary colors of red, green and yellow and green garland with red holly berries and red bows going around the balloon itself. It has little fiber optics throughout the balloon and attached bear and basket. There is a yellow plastic ring at the top meant for hanging. I do not have an original box or the metal stand that originally came with it. But you could hang the balloon from anywhere you would like because of the ring on top. The balloon is attached to the wicker basket with gold colored string/rope. The brown wicker basket has green garland and holly berries also going around the outer edge with a white banner type sign that reads \"Happy Holidays\" In the basket is an adorable little brown stuffed teddy bear dressed in a santa type red velvet type fur coat with a white fur border and he is wearing a red & green plaid scarf around his neck. There is also a big blue fleece type fabric bag next to the teddy bear with a gold rope tie and there is a gold Christmas ball, a peppermint red & white ball and green & red holly berry. This absolutely adorable hanging hot air balloon decoration would make a wonderful addition to your collection or it would make a lovely vintage type gift for a friend or loved one.
