Offered for sale is this gorgeous solid non-lacquered brass Baldwin Estate Series mortise lock handleset trim set in the Kensington pattern. The quality and detail is impeccable with the group weighing in at over 9 lbs. and fits a 1.75\" thick door. It came out of an estate and was previously installed but is in good working order (I had a locksmith check it out.) It is 100% complete except for the installation instructions. Height of the longer exterior trim is 19\" and width is 3\". Condition is excellent fully functional with a few minor scratches (see photos) and some minor wear to the trim plate under the lock cylinder where dangling keys must have hit while unlocking. The best online price I could find for this handleset new is $477.00. A nice addition to any home, this gently used set is offered with starting at $49.50 or a $250.00 BUY-IT-NOW!
