THIS SET IS FROM THE MID 1990\'S. HE ORIGINAL &UNTOUCHED EXCEPT FOR HIS BRIEF PHOTO OP....THIS IS A RARE FIGURE IN THIS COLOR. IT WAS MADE IN THIS COLOR AS A FAVOR BY RON BARZSO TO RC BECAUSE RC (A) DID NOT WANT TO USE THE ROBERT ROGERS CHARACTER FIG FROM THE RANGERS PLAYSET, AND (B) PREFERRED TO HAVE THIS FIGURE USED AS THE ROGERS CHARACTER FIG INASMUCH AS HIS COSTUMING MATCHES THE OTHER BARZSO RANGERS. RC RECEIVED A NUMBER OF THESE BUT IS KEEPING ONLY WHAT HE NEEDS FOR GRANDSONS...RESIN FIGURES BY NATURE ARE FRAGILE AND CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO HANDLE THEM GENTLY AND TO PACK /STORE THEM SAFELY.BREAKAGE WAS COMMON IN THESE SETS 20+ YEARS AGO AND WE ARE SURPRISED THAT THIS SET IS AS PERFECT AS IT IS ALL THESE MANY YEARS LATER.General
We are \"Conte Collectibles.\"We design and produce ALL Conte product. You are dealing direct with the designer/creator of these beautiful sculpts.This is a labor of love on our part. Despite the high quality professional figures which we make, you are dealing with a \"Mom & Pop\" operation---we are not some huge corporation. The quality of our figures leads people to believe these are the product of some large design and marketing department in a huge company when in fact these are all designed by R Conte. Figures are approx 1/32 scale and are hand painted .
Please be patient with us if we don\'t immediately respond to emails or phone calls. We do our best to make great figures for our fellow collectors & also do our best to provide the best customer service but there are only a few of us and sometimesthe volume of phone calls, emails and orders can be a bit overwhelming.
If an item is listed as a \'vault\' item, this means that it is a rare quality control set reviewed and approved by Richard Conte which was used as a quality measure or benchmark for the production run of the item. These are rare rare sets .If our description says that the figures are \'loose\' this means that they are unboxed.
Our metal sets are generally made of fine pewter which is deemed to be 99.9% lead free. We are proud to be one of the few companies which spends the extra money to deliver a lead free product.

Shipping:We truly are a mom and pop business. We generally ship twice a week . Usually Tuesday and Friday.. If it is a birthday or emergency, we can make special arrangements.We love to combine & save you money ,but if you win more than one item, please wait for us to pack and weigh you total order and invoice you for the total.
Tracking numbers are automatically sent to you from and/or paypal when we purchase postage from/thru them. You should check your email and or your purchase history and you will see the tracking number on your order summary. The most common question we get from folks is \'where is my package?\" or \'can you tell me the shipping details? This is sent to you automatically from /paypal if we use them for the shipping labels--which we do about 99% of the time. On international shipments we use the Endicia system to buy postage and this system unfortunately does not automatically send you your tracking info. We use Endicia because it allows us (usually) to purchase protection for shipments to many countries where the USPS system does not allow us to do so.
We do not ship to a number of countries as shown in the list. We apologize for this but after having \'been burned\' with lost packages many many times we\'ve had to to protect ourselves.
WE CHARGE ONLY OUR COSTS FOR SHIPPING.
Handling Time
We always state 10 business days but usually ship within 2 or 3 business days of receiving payment. Please be patient as we need to reserve certain days for design of new figures, sculpting, etc..... We do our best to get packages out as quickly as possible as we know you are excited to receive these treasures.
Domestic Shipping:
We generally ship products using USPS and have found it takes anywhere from 3 days to about a week or 10-days for US delivery.If the item is listed as shipping priority, the post office \'guarantees 3 days maximum\" but we\'ve seen priority often take 5 or more days.If the item has free shipping we usually ship parcel post which usually takes 7-10 days. If the item weighs 13oz or less we will ship first class.If the box is heavy--say a 15 pound box going to the West Coast of the USA we will often opt for UPS as in this case they will be much less expensive than the post office.
We never charge handling fees even though there are substantial costs associated with employee time and packaging materials.
We suggest obtaining loss or damage coverage.
If you are in a situation where you have opted out of coverage, then please understand we have no ability to track the shipment and that you have assumed responsibility for loss or damage.If the value of your shipment is $200 or more we will need to obtain a signature upon delivery.
We only will ship to verified addresses with the info supplied through or paypal.

International Shipping:We use USPS International priority shipping ONLY and it usually takes at least 14 days( but as long as 6 weeks) for your item to be delivered.Packages for international seem to usually be sent from Raleigh to Miami where they are sorted and then shipped to international destinations.The post office usually gets the package to your country within 7-10 days but packages then often take 2 weeks or longer getting through your local customs.
If more than this time has passed, check at your local post office in person - often these days packages are held for pickup and consumers are not notified - or your shipment may be held up in customs.
Shipments totalling $250.00 and higher MUST be signed for. If your post service does not have this service, we may have to use UPS , Fedex or DHL.Paypal and Ebat require us to obtain a signature for $250 and higher or we lose our seller protections.

We never charge handling fees, but sometimes we must purchase tubes or special boxes, but only charge our actual cost for these items.
We claim the value of the package by the ending item price. We are sorry, but we cannot under-value your shipment or claim your item as a gift to avoid customs fees.
Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees.

Returns and Refunds:Return Policy - AS indicated we accept returns within 14 days. the returned item must be in the same excellent condition in which we sent it to you, complete with all interior packaging, tissue wrap, foam, etc.If you are not happy in any way with your transaction, communication, or the item, itself, PLEASE CONTACT us via email as soon as convenient for you so we can amicably sort out any misunderstandings or problems.
